Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or two years experience in the housing industry.
• Ability to understand and perform all onsite software functions.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out maintenance processes of the property.
• Responsible for cleaning, trash removal, and general maintenance.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and cleaning.
