Job summary

Abode Services in Fremont, CA is seeking a temporary People Systems Support Specialist to assist the People Systems team with system implementation support, data entry, and audits across HCM platforms. You will help troubleshoot data issues, assist with open enrollment, and provide user support and training.

The role backs up the People Systems manager, maintains data integrity across UKG and Paylocity, and collaborates with staff to implement upgrades and improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• 2-4 years of demonstrated experience with HCM systems and implementation.
• Reliable transportation or access to a vehicle isrequiredto work in an office, attend in-person meetings, and offsite events.

Responsibilities

• Provide back up support to the People Systems manager and team.
• Maintain Abode HCM systems and serve as a resource for all HCM-related items.
• Support various system projects to automate and integrate HCM.
• Assist in the review, testing, and implementation of HCM upgrades.
