Job summary

Abode is seeking a People Systems Support Specialist to temporarily assist the People Systems team with maintaining HCM platforms and ensuring data integrity across UKG and Paylocity.

You will handle data entry, audits, reporting, training and light troubleshooting, partnering with IT and HR to implement upgrades and resolve issues while providing excellent user support in a busy office environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of experience with HCM systems and implementation.
• Reliable transportation to work in an office, attend in-person meetings, and offsite events.

Responsibilities

• Provide back up support to the People Systems manager and team.
• Maintain Abode HCM systems and serve as a resource for all HCM-related items.
• Support data validation, audits, and reporting across UKG and Paylocity.
• Provide training and job aids for new HCM system processes/functionality.
• Assist in upgrades testing and implementation.
