Job summary

Telix Pharmaceuticals seeks a People Systems Specialist to provide advanced operational support for People & Culture services. You will manage HRIS workflows, data integrity, and system integrations, partnering with the People Systems & Services team to improve processes and audit readiness.

The role covers employee lifecycle management, service desk support, and cross‑functional collaboration to enhance data accuracy and employee experience in a global, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR/Business/IS field.
• 3+ years in People Operations, HR admin, or People systems support.
• Hands-on with HRIS (Hi-Bob), UKG payroll, and ATS systems.
• Experience supporting audits, compliance, and data validation.
• Strong data accuracy and discretion with sensitive information.
• Proficient in data reconciliation and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support for People systems and data workflows.
• Collaborate to integrate HRIS, payroll, and ATS across departments.
• Assist with system config changes, testing, and quality assurance.
• Support SOX/audit readiness and compliance documentation.
• Own employee lifecycle updates across HRIS, payroll, and integrations.
• Deliver process documentation and SOP updates with stakeholders.
• Serve as first point of contact for employee and manager inquiries.
