Job summary

Abode Services in Fremont, CA is seeking a temporary People Systems Support Specialist to provide system implementation support and dual maintenance across HCM platforms. The role includes data entry, validation, audits, and user support for UKG and Paylocity.

You will assist with testing and upgrades, troubleshoot data issues, generate reports, and help enrollments and open enrollment activities while collaborating with HR and IT teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of experience with HCM systems and implementation.
• Reliable transportation to work in an office and at offsite events.

Responsibilities

• HCM Systems Support: Back up the People Systems team; maintain HCM systems; assist upgrades and fixes; support timecard activities and employee inquiries.
• Data & Reporting: Ensure accuracy of employee data across UKG and Paylocity; run data extracts and reports; perform audits and quality checks.
• Quality Improvement: Suggest process improvements; develop job aids and training; stay current with HCM system changes.
