Job summary

Mulberry Talent Partners partners with a beverage manufacturer in Southeast Portland to hire a temporary HR Generalist who will own HR operations, payroll, benefits and compliance, ensuring data integrity and a positive employee experience from onboarding to offboarding.

You will support recruitment, assist leave processes with leadership, coordinate I-9s, respond to policy questions, and help offboard employees when appropriate in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years in an HR role.
• 2+ years HR ops experience (benefits, HRIS, payroll, compliance reporting).
• Experience with Rippling highly desired.
• 1+ years Recruitment experience.
• Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers payroll by ensuring system data is accurate and final checks are run per state law.
• Assists employees taking leave and manages data in systems with leadership.
• Provides onboarding for new hires and verifies I-9 documents.
