The successful candidate will help onboard new hires, manage leave, handle employee relations, and contribute to continuous HR process improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years in an HR role.
• 2+ years HR ops experience (benefits, HRIS, payroll, compliance reporting).
• Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment preferred.
• On-site role with strong multitasking and confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Manage benefit programs with brokers and providers.
• Administer payroll with accurate data and timely checks.
• Maintain HRIS records and coordinate changes with Finance.
• Optimize HRIS processes to align with policies.
• Provide seamless onboarding and complete I-9 verification.
• Assist leave management and data integrity across systems.
• Handle employee relations and documentation; escalate as needed.
• Conduct audits of benefits data and compliance reporting.
• Respond to employee inquiries about policies and benefits.
• Support internal and external reporting.
