Job summary

The Fountain Group is seeking an HR Generalist for a 3+ month contract position in North Carolina. The role covers employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and leave administration, with daily collaboration across plant leadership and COE partners.

Typically 27–30 USD per hour on a standard first shift, Monday–Friday. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of HR experience in manufacturing and a proven ability to engage frontline employees and support production teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years HR experience, including at least 2 years in a manufacturing/plant environment.
• Ability to partner with plant leadership, influence decisions, and engage frontline production employees.

The HR Generalist provides support for day-to-say operations as it relates to human resources, which includes employee relations, recruiting & onboarding and collaboration with managing COE partners in benefits, medical & leave administration, and payroll in accordance with company policy. A successful HR Generalist will build sustainable relationships with the employees and leaders within the organization.
