Apple Rehab Inc. seeks experienced CNAs for a temporary contract in Connecticut. The role focuses on direct resident care, ADLs, vital signs, and timely documentation across multiple nearby facilities.
Flexibility to work 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shifts and at various locations is required, with weekly pay and a 16-hour minimum per week schedule. Qualified candidates hold a Connecticut CNA certification in good standing, have at least 2 years in senior care, and are PCC proficient.

This is a non-benefited temporary/seasonal position.
The CNA provides direct resident care in accordance with facility policies, procedures, and standards. Responsibilities include providing personal care, assisting with activities of daily living, making beds, turning and repositioning residents, obtaining and recording vital signs, and observing and reporting changes in residents’ conditions.
The CNA is responsible for completing required documentation, promptly reporting accidents, injuries, or changes in condition, and answering call lights regardless of assignment.
Valid Connecticut CNA certification in good standing
Minimum 2 years of experience in senior care/skilled nursing
PCC proficient
Attendance is a MUST. Two call-outs, in accordance with the handbook, are considered a termination of the temporary contract.
