Qualifications

• Valid Connecticut CNA certification in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in senior care/skilled nursing.
• PCC proficient.
• No history of patient/resident abuse as reported on the State Registry.
• Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work well as part of a team.
• Demonstrates patience, professionalism, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude toward residents and their support networks.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care in accordance with facility policies, including personal care and activities of daily living.
• Record vital signs, observe changes in residents, and report as required.
• Complete required documentation and respond to call lights promptly.
