Job summary

Apple Rehab Inc is seeking an experienced and confident CNA to support multiple nearby nursing facilities in Westerly, RI. The role requires a minimum of 16 hours per week with up to 40 hours available, and shifts are 3-11pm. Get paid weekly and enjoy benefits including a 401(k) with match.

As a C.N.A., you will perform standard personal care tasks, report changes to the supervisor, and document activities accurately. A valid CT CNA certification is required, with at least 2 years in senior care.

• Attendance and reliability are essential

Job Description:

C.N.A. Certified Nurse’s Assistant documents personal care given according to facility policies. Provides nursing functions as directed including perineal care, making beds, turning residents, measures and records temperature, weight, pulse and respiration. C.N.A. Certified Nurse’s Assistant observes and reports to supervisor changes in residents’ condition, including any skin breakdowns. Reports immediately all accidents or injuries. Records all necessary charting entries. Answers all call lights regardless of assignment.

Requirements Qualifications:

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of CT in good standing
• Experience in senior care required- minimum 2 years
• No history of patient/resident abuse as per State Registry.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and following oral and written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent follow-through, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Attendance is a MUST!
• Team player with good cooperation and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates patience, tact, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude towards residents and their support networks.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
