Apple Rehab Inc in Connecticut seeks an experienced CNA to cover multiple nearby nursing facilities. Minimum 16 hours per week with flexible scheduling. We currently need 3–11pm shifts. A temporary rate of $30/hr is available for CNAs on short- or long-term contracts.

You will provide personal care, record vitals, turn residents, and report changes to supervisors. Must have CT CNA certification in good standing, prior senior-care experience, and the ability to work various shifts.

Qualifications

• CT CNA certification in good standing
• Experience in senior care required
• No history of patient/resident abuse
• Proficient in reading, writing, and following instructions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Team player with good cooperation and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrates patience, tact, enthusiasm, and positive attitude
• Flexibility to work various shifts is a must

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care according to facility policies and document vitals and care given
• Record all necessary charting entries and report changes to supervisor
• Turn residents, make beds, and assist with daily activities as needed
