Rockland Trust is seeking a Teller Trainee to join our branch network. You will greet customers, provide friendly service, and learn to recommend banking products that meet individual needs.

This role emphasizes accuracy in deposits, withdrawals, and transactions while supporting team goals. Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using technology, including computers, to facilitate business goals.
• Sales and service oriented personality.
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance.
• Positive approach to interactions with customers and team members.
• Ability to work long periods of standing and provide continuous customer support.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Make the first impression to our customers as they enter the branch, warmly greeting them.
• Engage in constant customer support, delivering efficient, courteous service in person and by phone.
• Inform customers about Rockland Trust banking products suited to their needs.
• Perform deposits, withdrawals, payments, cash checking, and other transactions with accuracy.
• Collaborate with supervisor as you gain knowledge and experience.
• Work with training team to complete Teller Training.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
