Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them to the right colleague.
• Provide friendly, efficient in-person and phone support.
• Explain Rockland Trust products suited to customer needs.
• Handle deposits, withdrawals, and other basic transactions with accuracy.
• Work with supervisor and training team to complete Teller Training.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
