Responsibilities

• Make the first impression to customers entering the branch; warmly greet them and guide to the right colleague.
• Engage in constant customer support with efficient, courteous service in person and by phone.
• Provide information on Rockland Trust banking products suited to customers' needs.
• Handle deposits, withdrawals, payments, cash handling and other financial transactions accurately.
• Make decisions with the immediate supervisor and gain knowledge over time.
• Learn Rockland Trust Teller duties with the training team and branch staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
