Rockland Trust is seeking a Teller Trainee to join our branch network. You will greet customers, answer questions about banking products, and perform a variety of transactions with accuracy and care.

This role places you at the front line of customer service, helping people manage deposits, withdrawals, and payments while learning Rockland Trust's policies and procedures in a supportive, training-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using technology and computers to facilitate business goals.
• Sales and service-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the branch and direct them to the appropriate colleague.
• Provide consistent, courteous customer service in person and by phone.
• Explain Rockland Trust banking products suited to customer needs.
• Handle deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other transactions with accuracy.
• Make decisions with supervisor guidance as knowledge grows.
• Participate in Teller Training with the training team and branch staff.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
