Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Comfortable using technology, including computers, to facilitate business goals.
• Sales and service-oriented personality.
• Professional appearance and positive customer interactions.
• Able to work long periods of standing with frequent customer support.
• Willingness to flexible work weeks including weekends.
• Complete onboarding and training programs within specified timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Make first impression greeting customers entering the branch.
• Provide constant customer support in person and by phone.
• Inform customers about Rockland Trust products suited to their needs.
• Handle transactions accurately (deposits, withdrawals, payments, cash checking).
• Make decisions with supervisor as knowledge grows.
• Collaborate with training team to complete Teller Training.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
