Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them to the right colleague.
• Provide consistent customer service in person and by phone.
• Explain Rockland Trust products to meet customer needs.
• Perform accurate deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other transactions.
• Make decisions with supervisor as knowledge grows.
• Collaborate with training and branch teams to complete Teller Training.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
