Responsibilities

• Supervise Norman Tellers, direct work, evaluations, and staffing.
• Greet customers and provide guidance to the appropriate area.
• Serve as Vault Teller and conduct cash drawer audits.
• Balance currency, coin, and checks; service ATMs daily.
• Open deposits, assist with wires, and process account maintenance.
• Market bank products and assist loan officers as needed.
• Maintain security standards and inventory; assist with reports.
