Addison Group is partnering with a well-established financial institution in El Reno, OK to hire a Teller Supervisor. You will lead the teller team, oversee cash handling, and support branch operations to ensure accurate, friendly service.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years teller or 3+ years banking experience, supervisory skills, and notary eligibility. The role offers medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan, with opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years teller experience or at least 3 years banking experience.
• Previous supervisory, lead, or mentoring experience preferred.
• Notary Public certification current or willingness to obtain.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day leadership and support to teller staff with accuracy and service.
• Coach staff to identify customer needs and promote banking products.
• Create and manage teller schedules and workload.
• Train new employees on branch procedures and cash handling.
• Perform cash audits, balancing, and ensure internal controls.
• Deliver outstanding service and resolve customer concerns.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and security procedures.
• Assist leadership with smooth daily operations.
