Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-3 years Teller experience or equivalent work related experience.
• Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Proficient computer, 10 key, and typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Norman Tellers including scheduling, evaluations, interviewing, hiring, counseling, coaching, disciplining and other personnel issues.
• Responsible for staff training and development.
• Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate area for assistance.
• Serve as Vault Teller.
• Provide input on policy and procedural changes and updates.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Balance and service ATM, and balance currency, coin, and checks daily.
• Perform Teller cash drawer audits quarterly.
• Open deposit accounts and market bank products to customers.
