Responsibilities

• Monitor Teller execution of daily sales and service, ensuring best practices and brand guidelines.
• Coach Teller staff to encourage sales and referrals.
• Manage cash drawer security, daily balances, and vault/cash handling procedures.
• Train and supervise new Tellers; monitor performance.
• Protect bank by following confidentiality guidelines and regulatory procedures.
• Communicate with leadership regarding Teller activities and needs.
• Participate in branch marketing initiatives and community events.
• Deliver consistent, distinctive service to customers.
