Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years Teller experience.
• Must be bonded within first six months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with transactional needs according to guidelines, brand model and service standards.
• Supervise daily operational standards including cash drawer security and balance.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products and services, educate customers on digital solutions.
• Recognize customer needs and refer customers to bank partners for cross-sell opportunities.
• Resolve difficult transactional situations and present solutions.
• Protect the bank by following procedures and confidentiality guidelines.
• Produce and analyze branch logs and reports as necessary.
• Back-up support to Teller Manager when needed.
• Lead branch in delivering the FirstBank experience through consistent service.
• Foster safe and sound bank procedures and adhere to laws and internal controls.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
