Job summary

Qualifications

High school diploma or the equivalent required.
Minimum of two years Teller experience.
Must be bonded within first six months of employment.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with transactional needs according to guidelines, brand model and service standards.
Supervise daily operational standards including cash drawer security and balance.
Demonstrate knowledge of products and services, educate customers on digital solutions.
Recognize customer needs and refer customers to bank partners for cross-sell opportunities.
Resolve difficult transactional situations and present solutions.
Protect the bank by following procedures and confidentiality guidelines.
Produce and analyze branch logs and reports as necessary.
Back-up support to Teller Manager when needed.
Lead branch in delivering the FirstBank experience through consistent service.
Foster safe and sound bank procedures and adhere to laws and internal controls.
Regular and reliable attendance.
Perform other duties as assigned.
