Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; cash handling experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and basic sales awareness to refer bank products.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash drawer and follow audit procedures.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments.
• Process miscellaneous transactions (bonds, money orders, etc.).
• Assist with ATM balancing and vault duties as needed.
• Maintain compliance with policies and safety standards.
• Deliver excellent client experiences and resolve issues promptly.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and refer clients to appropriate teams.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and bank ethics.
