Rogue Credit Union is seeking a Member Relations functionary to accurately process financial transactions, assist members in the lobby or by phone, and uphold Rogue's service standards. The ideal candidate will have 1–12 months of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong communication, listening, and cash-handling abilities.

Qualifications

• One month to twelve months of similar or related experience.
• A high school education or GED.
• Good communication and listening skills; ability to multi-task, operate 10-key calculators, and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Receives and accurately processes member financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, money orders, transfers, disputes, and more.
• Responds to member requests, problems and complaints, directing to proper person as needed.
• Collaborates with other departments/branches to maintain unsurpassed service across the credit union.
• Promotes cross-selling of credit union products and services to meet member needs.
• Maintains and balances cash drawer and daily transactions, ATMs, vaults, and related equipment; completes opening/closing duties.
• Performs other duties as needed or assigned.
