Job summary

Qualifications

• One month to twelve months of similar or related experience.
• High school education or GED.
• Excellent communication and listening skills; courtesy in providing information.
• Good computer skills, keyboarding, cash handling, and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds; standing and walking; flexible schedule.
• Willingness to travel to Rogue Credit Union regions.

Responsibilities

• Receives and accurately processes member financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, money orders, transfers, disputes, and statements.
• Responds to member requests and resolves problems, directing members to the proper person as needed.
• Collaborates with other departments/branches to maintain unsurpassed service.
• Cross-sells Rogue Credit Union products and services to meet member needs.
• Maintains and balances cash drawer, daily transactions, ATMs, vaults, and related cash/coin dispensers; handles opening/closing duties.
• Performs other duties as needed or assigned.
