Job summary

Rogue Credit Union is seeking a Member Relations role in California. You will accurately process member financial transactions, provide friendly and confidential assistance, and contribute to a positive member experience.

Responsibilities include handling deposits and withdrawals, responding to inquiries, and collaborating with branches to ensure top-tier service. This position involves cash handling, keyboarding, and potential Saturday shifts.

Qualifications

• One month to twelve months of similar or related experience.
• A high school education or GED.
• Good communication and listening skills; ability to multi-task, operate 10 key calculators, must have good computer and keyboarding, and cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Receives and accurately processes member financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, money orders, transfers, disputes, statement/check copies, and safe deposit boxes.
• Responds to member requests, problems, and complaints, and directs to proper information or assistance.
• Collaborates with other departments/branches to maintain unsurpassed service across all areas of the credit union.
• Promotes cross-selling of credit union products and services to meet member needs.
• Maintains and balances cash drawer and daily transactions, ATMs, vaults, and related duties.
• Performs other duties as needed or assigned.
