Rogue Credit Union in Meridian, Idaho, is seeking a Member Relations professional to accurately process member financial transactions and provide friendly, confidential assistance in the lobby or by telephone.

You will support service standards, respond to member inquiries, and help drive satisfaction by delivering Rogue's service promises. The role requires basic cash handling, 10-key, and strong communication skills.

Competenze

• Experience: One month to twelve months of similar or related experience.
• Education: A high school education or GED.
• Interpersonal skills: Works with people beyond immediate associates providing information.

Mansioni

• Receives and accurately processes member financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, money orders, transfers, disputes, and more.
• Responds to member requests, problems, and complaints, and directs to the proper person for information with ownership and follow-through.
• Collaborates with other departments/branches to maintain unsurpassed service across the credit union.
• Promotes cross-selling of Rogue Credit Union products and services to meet member needs.
• Maintains and balances cash drawer and daily transactions, ATMs, vaults, and other cash/coin vaults; completes opening/closing duties.
• Performs other duties as needed or assigned.
