• Ability to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in lobby and assist with transactions.
• Demonstrate mobile app and ATM usage for simple tasks.
• Provide personalized advice and connect customers with Bankers as needed.
• Educate customers on Citizens products and policies, including cash handling and regulatory compliance.
