Citizens Bank in Edison, NJ is seeking a Customer Teller to greet customers in our lobby, demonstrate mobile banking and ATMs, and complete simple transactions with accuracy and warmth.

You will build trusted relationships, refer banking products when appropriate, and follow all cash handling and regulatory policies. This role offers a 20-hour workweek and competitive hourly pay, starting at $21 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED.
• At least 6 months experience processing transactions.
• At least 1 year customer experience recommending products.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to develop long-term customer relationships.
• Comfortable with using digital technology to support goals.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers in the lobby and assist with basic transactions.
• Demonstrate mobile app usage and ATM functions to customers.
• Provide personalized advice and connect customers to Bankers.
• Follow all cash handling, policies and local regulations.
