Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of experience processing transactions.
• At least 1 year of customer-facing experience.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Comfortable with using digital technology to support business goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the lobby and assist with simple transactions.
• Demonstrate mobile app and ATM usage to customers and complete transactions.
• Provide personalized financial advice and connect customers to Bankers as needed.
• Follow all financial policies, cash handling procedures, and regulations.
