Qualifications

• Strong listening and communication skills.

• Comfortable using digital technology to support business goals.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the lobby and assist with simple transactions using mobile app or ATMs.
• Provide personalized guidance to help customers reach financial goals.
• Educate customers on Citizens products and benefits and answer questions.
• Follow all financial policies and cash-handling procedures.
