Job summary

Citizens Bank in Massachusetts is hiring a customer support associate to greet customers in the lobby and help them use our mobile app or ATMs for simple transactions.

You will provide personalized financial guidance to help customers reach their goals and educate them on Citizens products, coordinating with Bankers for the next steps while adhering to cash handling and regulatory policies.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED.
• 6 months experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments).
• 1 year demonstrated customer experience, recommending and referring products and services to customers.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Comfortable with using digital technology to support business goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the lobby and demonstrate how to use mobile app or ATMs to complete transactions.
• Provide personalized advice and connect customers to Bankers for the next steps.
• Educate customers on Citizens products and benefits and respond to questions or concerns.
• Follow all financial policies and procedures, including proper cash handling and regulations.
