Job summary

Citizens Bank in New Hampshire is seeking a Teller who greets customers, handles transactions, and demonstrates digital tools like mobile apps and ATMs. You will deliver personalized financial guidance and route customers to Bankers for next steps, while maintaining strict policy compliance.

You will work with a team to deliver remarkable experiences, support community goals, and participate in branch hours that may include weekends and evenings. Training and development resources are provided.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments).
• Minimum of 1 year demonstrated customer experience, recommending and referring products and services to customers.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to enhance and develop a long-term customer relationship.
• Ability to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues.
• Comfortable with using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Complete a video interview assessment after applying within 7 days.

Responsibilities

• Explain and demonstrate mobile app and ATM usage.
• Provide personalized financial guidance and connect customers to Bankers as needed.
