Qualifications

• Ability to work hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in lobbies and demonstrate use of mobile app or ATMs for simple transactions.
• Provide personalized advice and solutions to help customers meet financial goals and connect them to Bankers.
• Educate customers on Citizens products and benefits; respond to questions and concerns.
• Adhere to all financial policies, including cash handling and applicable laws.
