Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the lobby and assist with transactions.
• Demonstrate mobile app and ATM usage for simple tasks.
• Provide personalized financial advice and connect customers to Bankers as needed.
• Educate customers on Citizens products and benefits and follow cash handling policies.
