Citizens Bank is seeking a Teller to greet customers, assist with transactions, and demonstrate our mobile app and ATMs. You will provide personalized financial guidance and connect customers with Bankers for next steps, while adhering to all policies and cash handling requirements.

You’ll help customers achieve financial goals and contribute to a positive branch experience through strong listening and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months' experience processing transactions.
• At least 1 year of customer experience, recommending products.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to use digital technology to support business goals.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers in the lobby and assist with simple transactions.
• Demonstrate mobile app and ATM usage to customers.
• Provide personalized financial advice and connect customers to Bankers.
• Educate customers on Citizens products and comply with policies.
