Qualifications

• High School degree or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments).
• Minimum of 1 year demonstrated customer experience, recommending and referring products and services to customers.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to develop long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the lobby and demonstrate mobile app or ATM usage.
• Provide personalized advice and connect customers with Bankers for next steps.
• Educate customers on Citizens products and benefits and handle questions.
• Follow all financial policies, including cash handling and local laws.
