Job summary

Citizens Financial in Yonkers, NY is seeking a customer-focused associate to greet customers in our lobby, demonstrate mobile app and ATM usage, and complete simple transactions with a personalized touch. You will connect customers to Bankers for next steps and educate them about Citizens products while following all policies.

Responsibilities include building long-term relationships, handling cash accurately, and assisting customers with queries, schedules and product recommendations.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months experience processing transactions (cash/digital).
• Minimum 1 year demonstrated customer experience and recommending products/services.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to assess needs and build long-term relationships.
• Ability to solve problems and provide solutions.
• Customer-centric service mindset.
• Comfort with using digital technology to support business goals.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.
