Job summary

Citizens is seeking a Teller to greet customers, assist with mobile app and ATM transactions, and deliver personalized service in our branch. You will educate customers on Citizens products, ensure compliant cash handling, and connect clients with Bankers for next steps.

You will help customers achieve financial goals with friendly, proactive service and strong product knowledge, while maintaining accurate records and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months experience processing transactions (cash/digital).
• Minimum 1 year customer experience, recommending products/services.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to ask questions and identify customer needs.
• Ability to solve problems and provide solutions.
• Customer-centric to deliver exceptional service.
• Comfortable using digital tech to support business goals.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.
