Job summary

Northwest Bank is seeking a friendly Teller at our Webster branch. You will greet customers, process transactions accurately, resolve issues, and educate customers on products and services while delivering a positive financial wellness experience.

You will balance cash drawer, participate in branch operations, support sales goals, and refer customers to specialists. Weekend/evening shifts may be required; teamwork and adherence to security are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Banking/retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with transactions and questions, resolving issues as needed.
• Balance teller drawer daily and participate in branch operations.
• Refer customers to appropriate team members for complex requests or products.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in person, by phone, and email.
