Job summary

Northwest Bank is seeking a friendly Teller to join our retail network. Tellers welcome customers, process transactions accurately, resolve questions, educate customers about products and services, and identify opportunities for referrals to the right team.

You will balance teller drawers daily, participate in opening/closing procedures, and support security and compliance while delivering exceptional customer experiences in person, over the phone, and through email communications.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Work Experience: Customer service experience preferred
• Cash handling experience preferred
• Banking and/or retail experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and visitors with questions, problem resolution, and other needs
• Proactively engage with customers to understand needs and inform them of product/service features and benefits
• Refer customers to appropriate team member for complex requests or products/services
• Balance teller drawer daily and participate in opening/closing tasks and related controls
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in person, over the phone, and via email
• Adhere to security and dual control procedures and company policies
