Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions, problem resolution, and needs; refer complex requests to the appropriate team member.
• Balance teller drawer daily and participate in office meetings and balance of devices.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Protect the bank by following compliance and risk procedures.
• Work as part of a team and support branch operations, including opening/closing tasks.
