Job summary

Northwest Bank is seeking friendly Tellers to join our retail network. You will welcome customers, process transactions accurately, resolve issues, educate clients on products, and identify referral opportunities to support financial wellness.

As a teller, you will balance drawers, participate in meetings, adhere to security and policy procedures, and deliver an exceptional customer experience across in-person and digital channels. Weekend and evening shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Banking and/or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions, resolve issues, and refer complex requests to the appropriate team.
• Balance teller drawer daily and participate in daily operations and vault balancing as needed.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in person, by phone, and via email.
• Adhere to security, risk, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with teammates to complete daily tasks professionally.
