Job summary

Northwest Bank is seeking a Tellers to support our retail network by delivering exceptional customer service and accurate transaction processing. You will help customers with questions, identify needs, and refer complex requests to the appropriate team member.

You’ll balance cash, assist with opening/closing tasks, and maintain strong adherence to security and policy standards. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities, with availability for evening hours

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Banking and/or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions, resolve problems, and refer to the appropriate team member for complex requests.
• Greet customers, take ownership to resolve issues, and proactively inform them of product/service features and benefits.
• Balance teller drawer daily and participate in bank office operations and controls.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through in-person, phone, and email interactions.
• Follow security, compliance, and dual-control procedures at all times.
• Support branch opening/closing tasks and teamwork to complete daily duties.
