Job summary

PNC is seeking a Teller to provide exceptional customer experiences at our Troy, MI Big Beaver/I-75 Branch. You will handle a variety of customer interactions, educate clients on digital tools, and identify opportunities to refer to branch staff while maintaining accurate daily operations.

This in-office role emphasizes customer focus, risk management, and teamwork within our Retail Banking group. Prior cash handling or sales experience is beneficial; no degree is required.

Qualifications

• No degree required; relevant experience or certifications may be considered in lieu of formal education.
• Strong customer service and cash handling skills are preferred.
• Ability to educate customers on banking products and leverage technology to complete transactions.
