Northwest Bank is seeking a Teller to join our retail network. Tellers welcome customers, process transactions, and identify referral opportunities to support sales goals. You will balance tills, assist with inquiries, and participate in office operations while delivering superior service.

The role requires cash handling experience and strong customer service skills, with preference for banking/retail background. Evening/weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Banking and/or retail experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Achieve financial wellness activity goals and identify referral opportunities.
• Assist customers with questions and problem resolution.
• Engage with customers and inform them of product/service features.
• Balance teller drawer daily and participate in office meetings and dual control banking tasks.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in person, over the phone, and via email.
