Job summary

Northwest Bank is seeking a friendly Teller to be the face of our retail team in the community. You will assist customers, handle transactions, and help identify financial needs for referrals to the right department.

You will balance cash, support branch operations, and provide accurate information about bank products and digital tools while delivering an outstanding customer experience in person, over the phone, and by email.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Banking and/or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Balance teller drawer daily and participate in vault/ATM balance tasks.
• Assist customers with questions, resolve problems, and refer complex requests to the appropriate team.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in person, by phone, and via email.
• Participate in branch opening and closing tasks and uphold security and compliance.
