Job summary

Northwest Bank Williamsville is seeking a Teller to join our retail network team. You will welcome customers, process transactions, resolve problems, and educate customers on bank products and services. You will identify financial needs for referrals to the appropriate line of business.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and visitors with questions, problems, and needs.
• Identify referral opportunities and contribute to sales goals.
• Greet customers and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Balance teller drawer daily and participate in office meetings and dual control tasks.
• Provide excellent customer experience in person, over the phone, and via email.
