As a Teller, you will balance cash drawers, participate in daily meetings, and adhere to security controls. Training is provided; prior banking or retail experience is valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Banking and/or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Balance teller drawer daily and assist with vault/ATM tasks.
• Assist customers with questions and problem resolution.
• Refer customers to appropriate team member for complex requests or products/services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Support branch opening and closing tasks as needed.
